Job Type: Part-time, Internship, Contract
Salary: $8.00 to $9.00 /hour
The person in this role will be responsible for assisting the business owner with administrative, and other business-related duties.
Communicating throughout the day with the owner virtually 3 days a week and 2 days a week in person.
Learning all business software.
Responding to and sending emails.
Scheduling meetings and calendar management.
Managing Social Media Accounts.
Light video editing.
Social Media scheduling and posting.
Social Media Account Management.
Corresponding with clients.
Creating editorial calendars and spreadsheets.
Must have previous experience in an administrative role or similar.
Must be well written and able to proofread editorial content.
Must be able to professionally correspond with clients and prospects via phone and in person.
Must be extremely tech-savvy and a quick learner.
Must be extremely Social Media savvy.
Must be creative, innovative, and a self-starter.
Must be able to work virtually 3x per week and in person 2x per week. (Buckhead area)
Must have high energy and be flexible in a fast paced role.
Must have an A+ attitude and solution oriented.
Must have a strong sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
